The Movement & Mobility 101 online course is derived directly from thousands of hours of coaching practice and from the experience of coaching thousands of athletes and working with the world’s greatest coaches in settings as diverse as middle school sport programs to top universities. - Prevent and rehabilitate common athletic injuries

- Two lacrosse balls taped together or a MobilityWOD Gemini
- A single lacrosse ball
- A VooDoo Floss Band
- A larger ball like a softball, MobilityWOD Supernova, or a rubber princess ball like you’d find at a drug store
- A green jump stretch band or friend with a green jump stretch band (a bike tube will work in a pinch but we encourage you to have a proper band). We think the most universally useful band is the Green Rogue Monster Band.

"If you are a coach, physical therapist, or chiropractor and you're not pumped to help people move better after watching the intro video to this course, then you are in the wrong profession. As a current physical therapy student and new CrossFit-1 trainer, I have found this course to be immensely helpful prior to beginning coaching at my CrossFit gym. Much of what is taught in this course is not taught in many physical therapy schools as PT schools have such a vast demand of rehabilitation education to condense into 3 years, that it's hard to include evaluating athletic movement quality into the curriculum.
I have found that this course helps to position me as a therapist for the future. I now have quick movement screens and assessments to identify leading indicators in order to help prevent individuals from obtaining injury in the gym (suffering a lagging indicator) and entering the complex US healthcare system. This course has provided me with a language to better communicate with athletes and patients about the quality of their movement positions. "I had been looking for a Mobility course on the Crossfit website for many months. First, there weren’t any being offered in my area and then they were not being offered anywhere.
